X-Ray Roger Jimmy
Kind of a rocking, soulful power-pop sort of vibe stimulated by way too much caffeine.
X-Ray Roger Jimmy started about seven years ago in South Bend as a college band founded by musicians who were disbanding their own respective bands. They blended kind of the way companies merge together. After a couple years, the band traveled to Bloomington while its members finished their respective degrees. In the meantime, they produced three albums: X-Ray Roger Jimmy (self-titled), Radiopaque, and Vanity. After a few line-up changes, the band added a mixture of cover and original material to their repertoire. X-Ray and its members have played with several national acts such as Barenaked Ladies, Kid Rock, Vertical Horizon, Tonic, Kenny Aronoff, and others.
